In multiplayer, players can exchange text messages in chat to cooperate on builds and projects, as well as to trade items, compete, or simply hang out with others.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minecraft has massive online communities too on platforms like Discord, Reddit, and on social media &#8211; where players bond over the game, share builds, memes, and tips. Use Minecraft&#8217;s safety settings<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Familiarise yourself with the game\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minecraft.net\/en-us\/article\/parental-controls\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">safety settings<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including chat options, multiplayer settings, and parental controls offered by the platform.
