Pourquoi mes applis continuent-elles à être réorganisées après l'utilisation de Qustodio?

Cela arrive parfois avec les iPhones. Après une levée de la restriction de temps de Qustodio, les icônes de l'appli peuvent avoir été déplacés, ce qui est un problème qui vient du logiciel d'Apple et non de Qustodio.
 
C’est pour cela que nous avons dû créer une petite appli pour résoudre le problème. Elle s'appelle App Fixer Tool et cela ne prend qu'une minute pour l’installer.

Sélectionnez d'abord votre version d'iOS:
Installer App Fixer pour iOS 10 et 11
Installer App Fixer pour iOS 9

Step 1: Click on this link to download App Fixer

Download AppFixer for Qustodio


Step 2: When the first dialogue box pops up, tap “Install”. 

Click on Install


Step 3: In a few moments, a second dialogue box will pop up saying “Unable…”. Don’t worry, this is normal. This time: Don’t tap anything.  Instead, just restart the phone by holding down the power button. 

Restart the phone at this point

That’s it! Now, your apps should stop getting rearranged after using Qustodio.
You should see a new app with the word “Waiting…” beneath it. 

Installation finished

Note: Because this is a little trick, App Fixer may stop working when you update your iOS version. If this happens uninstall App Fixer, then re-install it by following Steps 1-3 again.
 
How to uninstall App Fixer:
To uninstall App Fixer, hold down the app for a few seconds until it starts shaking. When the “X” appears, tap it to uninstall.

That’s it! Now, your apps should stop getting rearranged after using Qustodio.
