How do I change the timezone or country of my account?


Overview

You might need to change the timezone or country associated with your Qustodio account, for example because you or your children are traveling to a different timezone. To do so, please follow the instructions below.


How to change the timezone associated with my account

To change the timezone, follow these steps:

  • Log into your Family Portal at https://family.qustodio.com/.
  • Find a dropdown on the top right of the page, choose Settings > Your account.
  • In the Timezone section, select the timezone from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Save Settings.

How to change the country associated with my account

To change the country, follow these steps:

  • Log into your Family Portal at https://family.qustodio.com/.
  • Find a dropdown on the top right of the page, choose Settings > Your account.
  • In the Country section, select the country from the drop-down menu.
  • Click Save Settings.
