Qustodio for Windows/Mac is not reporting app usage

If you have installed Qustodio for Windows or Mac, and it is correctly reporting web activity, but it fails to report any application being used, please note that a common cause of issues with Qustodio is an interference with security suites (e.g., antivirus, anti-malware, firewall), system optimization softwares, or other parental controls. If you’re using such security program, try to uninstall it completely prior to re-downloading and re-installing Qustodio.

  • Restart the computer.
  • Log into the computer with an administrator account.

  • Download a fresh version of Qustodio from here.
  • Follow the installation steps provided.
