Introducing Alert resources
The guidance in Alert resources is backed by expert knowledge. Every topic is based on child development research and guidance from official institutions, and has been reviewed by a digital wellbeing expert. So whatever the topic, you can approach the conversation with your child confidently, and know which official resources to turn to if the situation calls for extra support.
How Alert resources work
A short audio guide shares practical tips on how to approach the topic and support your child. If you’d rather read than listen, each audio also comes with a full transcript.
You’ll also find an activity to try together, like a conversation starter, a role-play, or something to watch and talk about afterwards. These activities can support your child and build skills they can use on their own, like finding the words to end a hurtful conversation or saying no with confidence. For situations where more help is needed, there’s a list of trusted helplines and organizations in your country, with emergency numbers that are easy to find.
Alert resources are now available in the Parents app on Android. With this toolkit, you’ll have expert-backed tips and guidance at hand whenever an alert comes in, to help you support your child and keep the conversation open.
