Conformance Status

We are actively working toward compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. While full conformance has not yet been achieved, we are continually auditing and improving our platform to address accessibility barriers and enhance usability for all users.

Our Approach

Our accessibility assessment combines:

  • Automated tools: Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, HTML Validator
  • Manual testing: keyboard navigation, screen reader usage
  • Structural review: use of semantic HTML, ARIA roles, and proper labeling

Current Accessibility Status

We have implemented a number of accessibility improvements across the platform. Keyboard navigation is fully supported, with visible focus indicators to help users track their location on the screen. Meaningful images and icons include alternative text, and links and buttons are labeled clearly to describe their purpose. We also ensure that color is not the only method of conveying information, and have avoided any flashing content that could trigger seizures. Language attributes and document titles are properly set, and the interface is compatible with major screen readers across common workflows.

Focus Areas

We are continuing to refine several aspects of the user experience. Specifically, we are improving contrast ratios in parts of the interface to meet readability standards, enhancing how form validation errors are presented and resolved, and ensuring that dynamic content updates are announced to assistive technologies. In addition, we are reviewing the structure of headings and reinforcing the programmatic relationships between form inputs and their labels to ensure clarity and navigability.

Commitment to Improvement

Accessibility is a continuous process. We regularly review, test, and improve our digital experiences as part of our development cycle. New features include accessibility reviews prior to release, and we actively prioritize fixes based on impact.
