Qustodio and Bouygues Telecom deepen partnership to make digital parenting easier for families across France

Qustodio, the world leader in online safety and digital wellbeing for families, today announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Bouygues Telecom, one of France’s leading telecommunications operators, through the launch of Mode Enfant (“Kids Mode”). Available from 22nd June 2026, the Mode Enfant service is powered by Qustodio’s market-leading technology, giving French families seamless access to comprehensive, easy-to-use tools that help manage their children’s digital lives.

The launch marks a significant evolution of a partnership first established in 2022. What began as an integration of Qustodio’s parental control capabilities into Bouygues Telecom’s service portfolio has grown into a deeper collaboration – one that places digital wellbeing at the heart of how Bouygues Telecom supports the families and people it serves.

Trusted technology, built for real family life

Mode Enfant is built on Qustodio’s proven platform, designed to be intuitive for parents and effective across the devices and platforms that form part of everyday life for families. Features include web filtering, safe search, geolocation, and screen time tracking, with an advanced tier adding social media, game, and app blocking, AI-powered threat alerts, instant internet pause for all linked household devices, and daily screen time limits.

These tools are designed to bring balance and safety to day-to-day family life, empowering parents to build healthy digital habits with their children in a way that is sustainable in the long term, and tailored to their child’s age and experience with technology.

“Families need tools that support them and deserve to feel confident that their children are protected as they enjoy and explore technology as it should be. We’re proud to be partnering with Bouygues Telecom to bring that confidence to families through Mode Enfant – putting trusted, reliable, and easy-to-use tools directly into their hands, with everything they need to guide their children’s digital habits in one place.”

A shared mission for safer digital experiences

Bouygues Telecom is one of France’s leading telecommunications operators, serving millions of mobile and broadband customers. As a long-standing innovator in family and digital services, the company is committed to helping parents and children navigate the connected world safely and confidently. Mode Enfant is the latest expression of such a commitment, and of a shared belief – held by both Qustodio and Bouygues Telecom – that technology should work with families, not against them.

“At Bouygues Telecom, we believe that growing up with the internet is something families should never have to navigate alone – and from the very start, we found that Qustodio shared this exact same conviction. That’s exactly why we designed Mode Enfant together with one guiding principle: parental control must be so simple and accessible that it becomes a natural reflex.

By combining Qustodio’s world-class digital safety expertise with our unique position as the telecom operator embedded in the daily lives of millions of French families, we have built the first fully integrated parental control solution in France – requiring no extra app, no setup complexity, and at no additional cost for our customers. Our shared ambition is clear: to make digital parenting as easy as child’s play.”

VP Consumer Marketing, Bouygues Telecom

According to a 2025 recommendation on parental control tools from the CNIL, France’s national data protection authority, parental controls remain underused in France, with many parents finding them too technical or complex. The introduction of Mode Enfant directly addresses this: by integrating Qustodio’s trusted capabilities within the Bouygues Telecom app, parents can access and configure meaningful protections without any additional setup, accounts, or technical knowledge.

Mode Enfant is available from 22 June 2026 in Bouygues Telecom stores and through the Bouygues Telecom app, with in-store setup support available for parents.
